KRYLO (“KRYLO”, “we”, “our”) follows the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and RBI refund guidelines.
The policy below applies to purchases made on www.thekrylo.com is valid only within the territory of India.

1. Return Window

“Delivery date” = date marked ‘delivered’ by our courier tracking system.

2. Eligibility Checklist

✓ Unused, unwashed, un-ironed
✓ Original hang-tags & accessories intact
✓ Packed in the KRYLO polybag or box
✗ Final-sale / personalised items, innerwear, masks & gift cards are non-returnable unless defective

3. Quick Return Process

1. Log in → “My Orders” → “Request Return/Exchange”, or email support@thekrylo.com with order ID & reason.
2. Receive a courier pick-up schedule & Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 24 h.
3. Hand the sealed parcel to the pick-up agent. Obtain the pick-up receipt.
4. We inspect the item at our Kerala QC hub within 2 business days of arrival.
5. Once approved, refund / exchange is triggered.
   • If return is rejected, the product will be shipped back to you within 7 days.

4. Exchange Option

Need another size or colour?
• Choose “Exchange” during the return request.
• Replacement is dispatched once the first parcel is handed to our courier (subject to stock).
• One exchange per item. Subsequent requests are treated as returns + new purchase.

Bank posting times may add another 1–2 days.

Original outbound shipping fee (if any) is refunded only for defective / wrong items.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled up to the point of dispatch in “My Orders” → “Cancel”.
• Pre-paid orders are auto-refunded within 24 h of cancellation.
• COD orders incur no fee.

7. Defects After 15 Days — One-Year Craft Warranty

Manufacturing faults identified up to 365 days from delivery are covered.
